19 Mar Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update 19th March 2020
Regrettably, (whilst this may be no surprise) we have to announce that we are cancelling all lessons we are running at High March School, Beaconsfield and Cedar Park School, Hazlemere from Friday until the start of the Summer term. The last lessons to be running will be on Friday 20th March.
Easter Challenge Swimming 1-2-1 lessons running 6th- 9th April and 14th- 17th April will also be cancelled.
Private lessons held at Amersham Road, High Wycombe and Walnut Tree House, Lane End will also be cancelled from Monday 23rd March.
This decision comes in line with the Governments recommendation for social distancing and school closures.
As stated in our previous correspondence we will be replacing lost term time lessons by either extending the following term, providing extra lessons elsewhere or issuing more than one lesson through our normal weekly schedule. This replacement strategy could vary based on the class type and venue.
Our Easter 1-2-1 lessons will be re-scheduled during our next Challenge Swimming offer. We will be offering one free lesson per family as thank you for your patience.
Private Term Time Lesson customers and Adult swimmers will be contacted separately in regards to the lessons credited.
Whilst we are sad that in the short term we are unable to deliver our lessons, we are using this pause in proceedings to revisit, evaluate and renew our offers and strategies going forward. We look forward to seeing you all back at the pool soon.
