At Neil Bailey Swimming Ltd our customer’s privacy is our priority. This notice will set out our policy in regards to email enquiries and website. Our enrolment/booking/online payment systems all have separate privacy policies which are linked below.

Who will hold your information?
For the purposes of this privacy policy, the data controller is Neil Russell Bailey (“Neil Bailey Swimming Ltd” or “we”). We are registered in England and Wales under number 13667058. Our registered office address is Cedar Barn, Barn Lane, Hazlemere, Buckinghamshire, HP157BQ
What information do we collect?
We collect information from you during the enrolment process for our term time lessons, on our online enquiry form on our website and during the booking process for our Challenge Swimming Lessons, Private Lessons and Adult Lessons.
During enrolment, online enquiry or booking, you may be asked to fill in your name, your child/children’s/swimmer’s name, e-mail address, home address, phone number and any allergy or additional needs information relating to your child/children/swimmer. During payment for our services, you may be asked to input financial information in order to pay online through Club Enrolment via bank transfer, direct debit. On Acuity Scheduling you will be asked to pay through PayPal or Stripe.
What do we use your information for?
Any information collected may be used in one or more of the following ways:
- Making contact with you via telephone
The information you give during the above processes gives us the details needed to make contact with you to either discuss your booking/enrolment, or in the case of an emergency.
- To send periodic marketing emails or emails relating to your booking/enrolment
The email address you provide may be used to send you marketing and event materials, lesson information, booking/enrolment confirmation, account set up and administration, respond to inquiries, and/or other requests or questions.
- Internal research and development purposes
We may email you to ask for feedback on your experience in order to improve our services. This is optional.
- Lesson enrolment/bookings
Details such as your name, your child/children’s/swimmer’s name, e-mail address, home address, phone number and any allergy or additional needs information relating to your child/children/swimmer, will be used and stored on Club Enrolment and Acuity Scheduling in order to enrol your child/swimmer/book your child/swimmer in for lessons. This information is then stored within these systems. Details such as your name, your child’s/swimmer’s name and your mobile number are kept on attendance registers within secured tablets issued to poolside staff. These details are necessary to mark attendance and for use in an emergency.
- Outsourced Accountancy/ Book keeping services
Our Accountancy Team at Seymour Taylor High Wycombe have access to our financial systems to help us run our Swim School finances and ensure that the directors discharge their fiduciary responsibilities. This means that they have access to the data stored within these systems. We would also like to reassure you that Seymour Taylor are bound by confidentiality and data protection requirements in our contract with them, so that they will only use that data in ways we ask them to, which will all be related to managing the arrangement between you and Neil Bailey Swimming Ltd.
